Can we tell from blood tests if insulin resistance is “reversed” or is just “controlled”?

Given the blood tests in the two screen shots below, can we tell if, after several years of low carb and zero carb diet, Siobhan's insulin resistance is "reversed" or just "controlled"?
Siobhan Higgins used to have "insulin resistance" but later she switched to a low carb and zero carb diets and her blood markers improved considerably. Siobhan Higgins, a “citizen lipidologist”, as she herself puts it, and an intrepid self experimenter, shared the blood tests results of her multi-day fast experiment.

A Test of Physiological Literacy:

1. Siobhan used to have “insulin resistance”, but later she switched to a low carb and zero carb diets and her blood markers improved considerably. Given the blood tests in the two screenshots below, can we tell if, after several years of low carb and zero carb diet, Siobhan’s insulin resistance is “reversed” or just “controlled”?

2. Can we tell if both of the tests in the screen shots were taken during Siobhan’s fasting experiment or one during fasting and another before or after Siobhan did her multi-day fasting?
